This policy explains how pricing works for Centres on CareBox, operated by Vowels Ventures Private Limited.

Tokens

Centres use tokens to unlock Patient leads. Each lead costs a set number of tokens, shown before you unlock it.

Buying tokens

Tokens are bought by topping up your wallet. The price per token, any volume pricing, and applicable taxes (GST) are shown clearly on the top-up screen before you pay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Taxes

Prices include or add GST as shown at checkout. A GST invoice is issued for each top-up.

What you are paying for

You are paying for prepaid tokens — a credit used to unlock leads on the platform. You are not paying for any guaranteed outcome, sale, or conversion. The value you get depends on how you use the leads.

Changes to pricing

We may update token pricing from time to time. Any change applies to future top-ups only; tokens already in your wallet are unaffected.
