Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to token purchases ("top-ups") made by Centres on CareBox, operated by Vowels Ventures Private Limited.

Tokens are non-refundable

All token top-ups are final and non-refundable. Because tokens never expire and can be used at any time, there is no "use it or lose it" — a Centre keeps its tokens until it chooses to use them. For this reason we do not offer refunds on token purchases.

No expiry

Tokens purchased do not expire. They remain in the Centre's wallet until used to unlock leads.

Invalid leads — token reversal

The only adjustment we make is an automatic token reversal where a lead is found to be invalid under our dispute rules (for example, a duplicate lead, or a request for a service the Centre does not offer). In such cases the relevant tokens are added back to the Centre's wallet balance. This is a correction in tokens, not a refund of money.

Cancellation

A Centre may stop purchasing tokens at any time. Unused tokens remain available in the wallet. There is no cancellation fee, and no cash is returned for unused tokens.

Payment issues

If you were charged but tokens were not credited due to a technical error, contact us and we will verify the transaction and credit the correct tokens. This is not a refund — it is completion of the purchase you paid for.
