Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of CareBox, operated by Vowels Ventures Private Limited. By using CareBox, you agree to these Terms.

What CareBox does

CareBox is a connecting platform that helps Patients discover and compare prices for diagnostic and healthcare services from verified Centres. CareBox is not a healthcare provider and does not itself perform any tests, treatments, or services.

No medical advice

Information on CareBox is for general guidance only and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for medical decisions.

For Patients

Prices and availability are provided by the Centres and may change. Any service you book is an arrangement directly between you and that Centre. We are not responsible for the services delivered by Centres. Provide accurate information when making an enquiry.

For Centres (token terms)

Centres purchase tokens to unlock Patient leads. By buying and using tokens, each Centre agrees that:

  • Tokens are a prepaid credit used to unlock leads on the platform.
  • Tokens do not expire — there is no time limit to use them.
  • Token purchases are non-refundable (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
  • A token is spent when a Centre chooses to unlock a lead. Unlocking reveals the Patient's contact details.
  • Where a lead is found to be invalid under our dispute rules (for example, a duplicate or a service the Centre does not offer), the tokens may be automatically reversed back to the Centre's balance. This is a service correction, not a cash refund.
  • Centres must use Patient details only to respond to the relevant enquiry, and must comply with all applicable laws including data-protection law.
  • We may suspend or terminate a Centre's account for misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

    • Acceptable use

    Use CareBox only for lawful purposes and provide accurate information.

    Limitation of liability

    To the extent permitted by law, Vowels Ventures Private Limited is not liable for any loss arising from your use of CareBox or from services provided by third-party Centres.

    Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Delhi.
